Background of the Study
Total Quality Management (TQM) is a management approach that seeks continuous improvement in all organizational processes, focusing on customer satisfaction, employee involvement, and product quality. Guinness Nigeria, a leading player in the Nigerian beverage industry, has a robust supply chain that involves sourcing raw materials, production, and distribution across various regions, including Katsina State. The company has implemented TQM principles to ensure that its supply chain processes are efficient and capable of delivering high-quality products. By emphasizing quality control, process optimization, and continuous improvement, Guinness aims to strengthen its position in the highly competitive beverage market.
